§ 6.12.945. Tanning salon.

Defined as any primary business offering the service of tanning beds, tanning lamps or other means of tanning the skin to the public and not licensed under any other chapter of this code. The semiannual license fee shall be determined by the amount of semiannual gross revenue as contained in the schedule in Section 6.12.995 of this chapter.
