§ 6.12.741. Moving company.

Any person who moves, relocates or transports furnishings and personal property of another and who may temporarily store those furnishings/property, shall pay an annual license fee of seventy dollars per vehicle. Any person moving household goods must also be properly permitted by the state of Nevada Transportation Service Authority per NRS Chapter 706.
