§ 6.12.744. Music sales/rental/service.

Any person who sells records, tapes, compact discs, sheet music, accessories and musical instruments, including the rental and servicing of musical instruments shall pay a semiannual license fee determined by the amount of semiannual gross revenue as contained in the schedule of Section 6.12.995 of this chapter. For the sale of used items see Chapter 6.28 of this code.
