§ 6.12.524. Food caterer.

Any person that completely or partially prepares food at a fixed business location for delivery by vehicle to a location off the business premises for serving and consumption purposes shall pay in advance, a gross license fee based upon the schedule in Section 6.12.995 of this chapter. The food catering services will be performed in such a manner as to pose no threats to the general health, safety, welfare or morals of the inhabitants of the county.
