§ 6.12.527. Fuel distributor.

Any person who purchases motor vehicle fuels or fuel products from a refiner or wholesaler for distribution to service stations or individual business consumers shall pay a semiannual license fee determined by the amount of semiannual gross revenue as contained in the schedule of Section 6.12.995 of this chapter.
