§ 6.115.120. Guarantees.

Every licensee, employee, agent or subcontractor thereof who solicits and induces a person or prospective purchaser to attend a time-share sales presentation shall be responsible for and shall guarantee that any premium which has been promised to such person or prospective purchaser shall be delivered to same. Failure to do so for a period of twenty-four hours following written demand therefor shall be grounds for revocation of licensee's license.
