§ 6.115.110. Fraudulent advertising.

  • No person shall place any advertisement in any newspaper of general circulation, place any copy on television or radio, prepare any copy of a billboard, or distribute any literature, circulars, handbills, or brochures either in the county or anywhere within or without the state of Nevada for the purpose of soliciting prospective purchasers of time-share intervals for time-share projects located in the county, which do not fully conform to the requirements of this chapter, or if it is actionable pursuant to NRS 207.170 through 207.177 inclusive.
