§ 6.115.070. Public solicitation.

No licensee, employee, agent, seller, acquisition agent or sales agent shall solicit persons on sidewalks, streets, highways, or in any publicly owned buildings or areas for the purpose of inducing or requesting persons to attend a time-sharing sales presentation.
