§ 6.115.060. Registration fees and reservation deposits.

  • All refundable fees or deposits, including, but not limited to, registration fees and reservation deposits collected by a licensee, sales agent or seller from users, shall be placed in a separate escrow account (interest bearing if possible) with a local bank or financial institution unless the licensee, sales agent or seller has delivered to the county a bond for the sum of ten thousand dollars executed by a surety or guaranty company qualified to do business in the state of Nevada in a form approved by the district attorney's office assuring payment of all such refundable fees or deposits to the persons entitled thereto.
