§ 30.40.190. Purpose of C-P, Office and Professional District.

This district is established to provide for the development of office and professional uses and to provide a buffer through the establishment of low intensity uses between the more intensive commercial districts and the residential districts (see Table 30.56-2 for design standards). Additional restrictions and special design standards are required for properties within the CMA Area Design, Red Rock Design, and Transition Corridor Overlay Districts (see Chapter 30.48, respective PART).
