§ 2.73.050. Assistants and employees.

  • (a) The audit director shall establish an organizational structure appropriate to carrying out the responsibilities and functions of this chapter.

    (b)

    The audit director shall have the power, within the constraints of the merit personnel system, to appoint, employ, and remove such assistants, employees and personnel as deemed necessary for the efficient and effective administration of the affairs of the office.
