§ 2.20.040. Duties.

The registrar of voters appointed pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall assume all of the powers and duties heretofore vested in, and imposed upon, the county clerk of Clark County, with respect to elections, except the duties prescribed by NRS 293.393, relating to the preparation and delivery of certificates of election.
