§ 2.08.130. Payment for labor.

  • The board of county commissioners may provide for the payment of wages to children committed to juvenile forestry camps, for the work they do. Such wages may be paid from the general fund of the county in reparation, to the parents or dependents of the child, or to the child himself, in such manner and in such proportions as the juvenile court directs.
