§ 2.08.080. Powers of executive committee.

The internal affairs of the camp shall be under the management and control of the executive committee, and the executive committee is hereby empowered to adopt minimum standards of operation for the camp.

The executive committee is hereby empowered to appoint a director of the Spring Mountain Youth Camp, and is hereby empowered to determine the powers, duties and compensation of the director.

The executive committee shall appoint all other persons employed at the camp.

The director and all employees at the camp shall be responsible to the executive committee, and shall serve at the pleasure of the executive committee.

The executive committee is hereby empowered to determine the programs of education and training of committed juveniles, but the educational program shall conform to the laws of the state of Nevada.
