§ 2.08.050. Meetings and quorum of council.

Members of the council shall meet at such times and such places as they shall deem necessary; but a general meeting of the council shall be held at quarterly intervals.

The council shall prescribe rules and regulations for its own management and government, but it shall have only such powers and duties as may be authorized by law.

Nine members of the council shall constitute a quorum, and such quorum may exercise all the power and authority conferred on the council.
