§ 20.11.020. Imposition of PFC (passenger facility charge).

There is hereby imposed an amount not-to-exceed four dollars and fifty cents per passenger PFC on all passengers enplaned at McCarran International Airport on which the county is permitted to so impose a PFC by the Act, the Regulations and the Approval.
