§ 20.04.080. Operating and emergency procedures—Directives.

(a) Written operating procedures and operating directives may be issued from time to time by the director of aviation.

(b)

When an emergency affecting the health, welfare or safety of persons and property is determined to exist at the airport, the director of aviation shall take the action which, within his discretion and judgment, is necessary or desirable to protect the public and facilitate the operation of the airport.
