§ 14.60.180. Traffic controllers.

It is unlawful for a driver of a vehicle to fail or refuse to comply with any signal of a traffic controller appointed by the Las Vegas metropolitan police department when the traffic controller is clothed in distinctive garb or insignia indicating the appointment and when the traffic controller is acting under the direction of a police officer.
