§ 14.16.030. Accidents resulting in damage to fixtures.

The driver of any vehicle involved in an accident resulting only in damage to fixtures or other property legally upon or adjacent to a highway shall:

(a)

Take reasonable steps to locate and notify the owner or person in charge of such property of the damage, his name and address, and the license number of the vehicle he is driving; and

(b)

Exhibit his operator's or chauffeur's license upon request if available; and

(c)

Report the accident in the manner provided in Section 14.16.020 and otherwise comply with such section as if the accident involves striking or colliding with an unattended vehicle.
