§ 12.34.040. Marking of barriers and fences.

All barriers and fences not able to be seen during daylight hours from a distance of one hundred feet shall be visibly marked with signs, markers, flags, pennants or other reflective material of durable character able to be seen at a distance of one hundred feet.
