§ 12.34.030. Unmarked barriers—Deemed unlawful—Fence marking.

  • (A) It is unlawful for any owner, lessee or occupant of premises to erect and/or maintain or permit to exist an unmarked barrier across a trail or pathway.

    (B)

    If a fence meets the definition in 12.34.010(A), it may be erected and/or maintained or permitted to exist without markers unless it is reasonably apparent that the fence is not able to be seen from a distance of one hundred feet. In such case, the fence must also be marked.
