§ 12.16.060. Penalty for violations.

Any person violating this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not less than thirty days nor more than six months, or by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dollars, or by both fine and imprisonment.
