§ 12.05.010. Definitions.

(a) "Misdemeanor drug related activity" means any activity which is a misdemeanor violation of NRS 453.332 (distribution, possession of imitation controlled substances), NRS 453.566 (possession of drug paraphernalia), NRS 454.346 (use or possession of drugs, chemicals, poisons or organic solvents), NRS 454.351 (possessing, procuring, offering, giving away or furnishing a drug which is not to be introduced into interstate commerce), NRS 454.510 (possession of a hypodermic device), NRS 454.520 (misuse of a hypodermic device), Clark County Code Section 12.06.020 (sale, offer, display or furnishing of drug paraphernalia), Clark County Code Section 12.07.020 (manufacture, sale, possession, distribution or possession with intent to sell or distribute an imitation controlled substance), Clark County Code Section 12.07.030 (use or possession with intent to use imitation controlled substance), the aiding, abetting, counseling, encouraging, inducing, procuring or facilitating of such activity in violation of NRS 195.020 or the permitting of maintenance or failure to abate such criminal activity as constituting a chronic nuisance or public nuisance in violation of or subject to abatement pursuant to NRS 40.140, NRS 202.450-480 NRS 244.360, NRS 244.3603, Clark County Code Chapter 11.07 or Clark County Code Section 12.06.050.

(b)

"Order out corridor" means that area within the county of Clark which is bordered on the east by Maryland Parkway from Sahara Avenue to Desert Inn Road; then bordered on the north by Desert Inn Road from Maryland Parkway to Oneida Way; then bordered on the east by Oneida Way from Desert Inn Road to Pawnee Drive; then bordered on the north by Pawnee Drive from Oneida Way to Nakona Lane; then bordered on the east by Nakona Lane from Pawnee Drive to Commanche Drive; then bordered on the north by Commanche Drive from Nakona Lane to Algonquin Drive; then bordered on the east by Algonquin Drive from Commanche Drive to Katie Avenue; then bordered on the south by Katie Avenue from Algonquin Drive to Maryland Parkway; then bordered on the east by Maryland Parkway from Katie Avenue to University Avenue; then bordered on the north by University Avenue from Maryland Parkway to Escondido Street; then bordered on the east by Escondido Street from University Avenue to Harmon Avenue; then bordered on the south by Harmon Avenue from Escondido Street to Ascot Drive; then bordered on the east by Ascot Drive from Harmon Avenue to Del Mar Street; then bordered on the north and east by Del Mar Street from Ascot Drive to Santa Anita Drive; then bordered on the north by Santa Anita Drive from Del Mar Street to the alignment of Heidi Street; then bordered on the east by the alignment of Heidi Street and Heidi Street from Santa Anita Drive to Lorilyn Avenue; then bordered on the south by Lorilyn Avenue from Heidi Street to Dierdre Street; then bordered on the east by Dierdre Street from Lorilyn Avenue to Dorothy Avenue; then bordered on the south by Dorothy Avenue from Dierdre Street to Maryland Parkway; then bordered on the east by Maryland Parkway from Dierdre Street to Russell Road; then bordered on the south by Russell Road from Maryland Parkway to Paradise Road; then bordered on the west by Paradise Road from Russell Road to Tropicana Avenue; then bordered on the south by Tropicana Avenue from Paradise Road to Koval Lane; then bordered on the west by Koval Lane from Tropicana Avenue to Sands Avenue; then bordered on the north by Sands Avenue from Koval Lane to Paradise Road; then bordered on the west by Paradise Road from Sands Avenue to Sahara Avenue; then bordered on the north by Sahara Avenue from Paradise Road to Maryland Parkway.
