§ 12.07.020. Imitation controlled substance—Manufacture, sale or distribution prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person to manufacture, sell, distribute, or possess with intent to sell or distribute, an imitation controlled substance. Any person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor.
