§ 11.05.020. Relocation of tenants.

If the board of county commissioners or its designee determines that a nuisance or other condition described in Clark County Code Chapters 11.06, 11.07 or 11.08 requires the relocation of tenants, the board or its designee may arrange for the relocation of the tenants and may, in accordance with this chapter, recover the costs of such relocation from the person determined by the board or its designee to be primarily responsible for creating the nuisance or other condition that required the relocation of the tenants.
