§ 16.09.040. Penalties for violation.

Any person, firm or corporation violating the terms of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be sentenced to serve a term in the county jail of not more than six months or to pay a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars, or shall be punished by both such fine and imprisonment.
