§ 12.14.025. Display.

  • It is unlawful for any person knowingly to display for sale or distribution, with or without consideration, including by newsrack, material which is harmful to minors in such a way that minors, as part of the general public, will be exposed to view of such material. A person shall be deemed not to have displayed such material harmful to minors if:

    (a)

    The portions of the material containing nudity, sexual conduct, sexual excitement or sado-masochistic abuse are contained in "blinder racks," "blinder sleeves" or otherwise, so that said portions are not exposed to view; or

    (b)

    If the material is displayed in a place where minors are not allowed.
