Any business, occupation or activity requiring inspection and/or supervision by the
Clark County district board of health in addition to any other fees provided in the
ordinances of Clark County, Nevada, shall pay the fees adopted by the district board
of health on March 26, 1975, as approved by the board of Clark County commissioners
and as amended by resolution dated the first day of February, 1977.
