§ 8.60.010.070. Marijuana-infused products.

"Marijuana-infused products" shall have the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 453A.112 and means products that:

(a)

Are infused with marijuana of an extract thereof; and

(b)

Are intended for use or consumption by humans through means other than inhalation or oral ingestion.

The term includes, without limitation, topical products, ointments, oils and tinctures.
