§ 8.60.010.035. Edible marijuana products.

"Edible marijuana products" shall have the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 453A.101 and means products that:

(a)

Contain marijuana or an extract thereof;

(b)

Are intended for human consumption by oral ingestion; and

(c)

Are presented in the form of foodstuffs, extracts, oils, tinctures and other similar products.
