§ 8.40.025. Application fees.

Each license application filed pursuant to this chapter shall be accompanied by a twenty-five dollar license application fee which shall be paid to the director of business license at the time of filing the application. This application fee is nonrefundable and is in addition to the other fees collected pursuant to this chapter. The application shall be on such form as required in Section 8.04.100, together with a description of the dancehall, giving dimensions, configuration, seating arrangement and location of dance floor in the structure.
