All professions, employments and businesses which are licensed by the state of Nevada
or county of Clark pursuant to a specific statute or ordinance, and all employees
employed by a business so licensed, and which perform an escort or escort bureau function
as a service merely incidental to the primary function of such profession, employment
or business and which do not hold themselves out to the public as an escort or escort
bureau, are exempt from licensing pursuant to this chapter. Any employment agency,
licensed by the state, which provides escorts as defined herein, must, however, obtain
a license as required by this chapter.
