§ 8.20.550. Notification of changes by licensee.

The licensee shall, within twenty days of the following changes notify the director of business licensing in writing of any:

(1)

Change of general manager; or

(2)

Sale or transfer of any interest in the licensed establishment; or

(3)

Change in persons or corporations managing the affairs of the licensed establishment; or

(4)

Change in persons or corporations receiving any portion of the profits thereof, including landlords; or

(5)

Loans from any source, including security for said loans. Publicly traded corporations and their licensed subsidiaries are not subject to this reporting requirement.
