All liquor licensees are required to apply quarterly for a renewal and to pay the
license fee as set out in this chapter and penalties as set out below; such licenses
may be renewed by the director of business license. License fees received after fifteen
days past the end of the quarter shall incur a penalty of ten percent of the license
fee. In addition to the above ten percent penalty, license fees received thirty days
or more after the end of the quarter shall expire, and shall incur a reinstatement
fee of fifteen percent.
