§ 8.20.510. Notice of amount due—Failure to notify.

Each licensee shall be notified prior to the due date of the amount due for his license; provided, that the actual receipt by the licensee of such notice is in no case required; and provided further, that the failure of the county to notify any licensee shall in no event be construed or held to be a waiver of the payment of such licensee fee.
