§ 8.20.480. Fee to accompany application—Blanks provided.

  • The required license fee for the applicable period of time shall accompany each application for issuance or renewal of a license and shall be paid to the director of business license. The comptroller shall cause to be printed a sufficient number of Clark County alcoholic liquor licenses which shall also contain a blank receipt to be signed by the director of business license upon delivery of the license to the purchaser. The comptroller shall hand over to the treasurer a sufficient number of blanks for the use of the county, which shall be charged to the treasurer on the comptroller's books and the treasurer shall countersign and deliver them to the comptroller and take his receipts therefor. The director of business license shall request the comptroller to deliver to him a license for each liquor establishment upon approval for a license or at the beginning of any license renewal period, providing all prior license tax and fees have been paid.
