§ 8.20.445. County Airport property.

All licenses issued and renewed pursuant to this chapter to operate establishments which sell liquor, beer or wine to the general public in airport terminal buildings which are owned or leased by Clark County under the auspices of NRS Chapters 495 or 496 shall:

(a)

Be exempt from compliance with any distance regulation prohibitions as between liquor licenses; and

(b)

Be exempt from separation or structural barrier requirements contained within this chapter which would otherwise apply to taverns, service bars, restaurants, supper clubs, gift stores or convenience stores without regard to the license classification upon board determination; and

(c)

Be exempt from the definition of fast-food establishment as to any licensee located within a County Airport terminal building.
