§ 8.20.390. Motels.

No license for the sale of alcoholic liquors shall be granted to an establishment whose business or primary business or interest is that of a motel, or whose building or proposed construction is primarily intended for a motel business; provided, however, this section shall not apply to establishments licensed prior to the passage of the ordinance codified in this chapter or without applications pending prior to its passage or to establishments defined under Section 8.20.020.
