§ 8.20.305. Consumption on premises—Warning notice to be posted.

The holder of a liquor license which permits off-premises consumption or which permits the sale of package liquor, or package beer and wine shall post a sign in a conspicuous place in the area of package liquor or package beer and wine storage giving notice to the consumer that drinking of liquor purchased in that store, in the parking lot, or within one thousand feet of the store, on public property except where permitted in parks is unlawful pursuant to Clark County Code Section 12.35.010.
