§ 8.20.260. Unlawful for owner to allow unlicensed operations.

  • It is unlawful within the county, outside the incorporated cities and towns, both within and without the unincorporated cities and towns, for any person knowingly to permit the sale of any alcoholic liquors as defined in this chapter to be conducted, operated or carried on in any house or building owned by him, in whole or in part, except by a person who has first received a license as provided in this chapter, or by an employee who has also complied with the applicable provisions of this chapter.
