§ 8.20.120. Deadline for filing application.

Each application must be completed in full and filed with the director of business license fifteen full working days before the meeting date set by the licensing board before the application is to be placed upon the agenda. Each applicant must, if required by the licensing board, be present at the licensing board meeting at the time the application is presented at the meeting.
