§ 8.20.075. Trusts for minor ownership.

  • Minors may possess an ownership interest in an establishment possessing a liquor license only if the ownership interest, stock, share, unit or partnership interest is placed in a trust with the minor named as a beneficiary, and if the trustee thereof had made application, is investigated and found suitable as a stock holder, partner or owner. Investigation must establish that the source of the minor's interest or funds invested is also suitable.
