§ 8.20.020.285. Portable bar.

  • (a) A "portable bar" is a bar which may be moved at will, or operated intermittently, from which alcoholic liquor may be served or sold at retail directly or by waitresses or waiters to customers or patrons.

    (b)

    Portable bars are permitted to be operated on a golf course of at least nine holes (not including miniature golf facilities), in airport terminal buildings which are owned or leased by Clark County under the auspices of NRS 495 or 496 (county airport), by liquor caterer licensees with a permit, retail liquor licensees at resort hotels with appropriate leased property rights, banquet-reception halls, convention pavilions, regional commercial retail malls, interactive sports facilities, theatrical and production event facilities, resort clubs, and two hundred fifty room hotels located in an H-1 district.
