§ 8.20.020.235. Motor sports facility.

"Motor sports facility" means a location specializing in motor sports events but also offering multiple and diverse types of businesses operated at one location, under one ownership, comprised of one or more permanent structures with a fixed seating capacity for seventy-five thousand or more spectators.
