§ 8.20.020.225. Moral turpitude.

  • "Moral turpitude" is defined as any crime, including conspiracy to commit the crime which:

    (a)

    Involves an overt act of intentional dishonesty or fraud for the purpose of personal gain, or

    (b)

    Involves an act of baseness, vileness, or depravity in private and social duties which a man owes to his fellow man or to society in general contrary to the accepted rule of right and duty between man and men.
