§ 8.08.010. Definitions.

(A) As used in this chapter, the words and terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them pursuant to Sections 8.04.010, 8.20.020 and 8.32.060, unless a different meaning clearly appears in the context.

(B)

"Violation of the regulations or ordinances" means and includes violation of any provision of this code or the ordinance in force as enacted by the board of commissioners and regulation or ordinance passed or adopted by the Clark County liquor and gaming licensing board.
