§ 8.04.080. Employee report.

  • (A) Annually, on or before the fifteenth day of July, each live game, Class C and Class B slot machine licensee, parimutuel systems operator, shall submit to the director a duplicate of the employee report made to the State Gaming Control Board. All applicants for the aforesaid gaming licenses shall submit such report at the time of their application for licensing. The report shall identify every person who is directly or indirectly engaged in the administration or supervision of the gaming operations or physical security activities of the licensee, including, but not limited to all persons listed below:

    (1)

    Any person who is compensated in any manner in excess of seventy-five thousand dollars per year or the ten highest compensated individuals, whichever method results in the greater number of employees;

    (2)

    All persons who may exercise discretionary authority with regard to gaming credit policy which includes, but is not limited to those individuals who may:

    (a)

    Approve credit limits;

    (b)

    Approve the use of rim credit;

    (c)

    Approve an increase of ten percent or one thousand dollars, whichever is greater, over a patron's previously established credit limit; or

    (d)

    Recommend or approve the settlement or writeoff of a credit instrument;

    (3)

    All persons who have authority to hire or terminate supervisory casino personnel;

    (4)

    All persons who have the authority to supervise or direct a shift of each gaming or security activity, including but not limited to supervision or direction of the entire pit operation, keno or bingo games, slot machines, race or sports books, parimutuel operations, or any persons having authority to supervise or direct such persons;

    (5)

    All persons who may authorize or provide complimentary benefits which are normally provided by the licensee in exchange for compensation other than food and beverage to a casino customer;

    (6)

    Any person having authority or the responsibility to manage one or more of the following types of departments or functions of the nonrestricted operation including, but not limited to: the accounting department, food and beverage department, cage department, credit and collection department, personnel department, internal audit department, security department, surveillance department, entertainment department, and the sale and marketing department;

    (7)

    Any person who may enter into a contractual arrangement, which is reportable pursuant to state regulations, on behalf of and binding upon the licensee; or

    (8)

    Any person who has been specifically represented to the board by a licensee or any officer or director thereof as being important or necessary to the operation of the gaming establishment;

    (9)

    All persons who either individually or as part of a group formulate management policy;

    (10)

    Any person who, upon written notification by the board is considered by the board to be reportable position or employee for purposes of this regulation subsequent to notification the specific individual must appear on all subsequent employee reports, unless notified otherwise by the board or terminated by the licensee.

    (B)

    The employee report shall include the employee's name, job title, social security number and a complete list of those categories described herein which apply to each employee.

    (C)

    Any changes, additions, or deletions to any information contained within the annual employee report which occurs prior to the filing of the report for the next calendar year shall be reported to the director in writing no less than ten days after the semiannual report is submitted to Nevada State Gaming.
