§ 8.04.010.118. Off-track pari-mutuel wager.

"Off-track pari-mutuel wager" means either:

(1)

A wager placed by a patron and accepted by a pari-mutuel book on a race or races offered as part of an interstate common pari-mutuel pool whether or not the wager is actually included in the total amount of the interstate common pari-mutuel pool; or

(2)

A wager placed by a patron and accepted by a pari-mutuel book on a race or races offered as part of an intrastate common pari-mutuel pool.
