§ 7.85.180. Duties of a nonmedically supervised patient transfer service licensee.

A nonmedically supervised patient transfer service license:

(a)

May provide nonmedically supervised patient transfer service;

(b)

Must not equip its vehicles with any medical equipment or supplies other than a first-aid kit;

(c)

Must comply with the provisions of this chapter.
