§ 7.50.240. Effective date.

Owners and/or principals of a pedicab business, that commenced operations in the unincorporated areas of Clark County prior to the effective date of this chapter, shall not be required to cease business operations permitted by the ordinance codified in this chapter in the unincorporated areas of Clark County during the time period required to process the business license and background investigation, provided that:

(a)

A complete application for a pedicab business license is filed with the director within thirty days of the effective date of this chapter;

(b)

The owner and/or principals of the pedicab business be found suitable by the LVMPD to hold such business license; and

(c)

The owners, principals and operators of such business remain in compliance with the requirements of this chapter.
